Adithya Haridas is Investment Associate (Strategic Projects) at LPX Partners, driving deal screening, financial modeling, and the firm’s strategic consulting initiatives. He brings investment experience across Asia-Pacific and Europe, with focused expertise in operational improvements and market entry strategies.

Prior to LPX, Adithya spent three years at Standard Chartered Bank in Singapore within ultra-high-net-worth wealth management, where he assumed team leadership after 12 months during periods of extreme market volatility. His recent experience spans strategic finance in Enpal’s CEO office during Italian market entry, ESG advisory for Aquafil Group, and valuation and advisory at Avalon Real Estate in Milan.

Adithya holds a Master in Corporate Finance from SDA Bocconi School of Management and a Bachelor of Business Management from Singapore Management University. Based in Singapore, he strengthens LPX’s capabilities in cross-border transactions and strategic project execution.
