Jim Berlin Transitions to Chairman.
Yuriy Ostapyak Named CEO.
U.S.-Ukraine Business Council (USUBC)
Logistics Plus founder Jim Berlin transitioned to the role of Chairman in May 2026, with long-time operator Yuriy Ostapyak stepping into the role of Chief Executive Officer. Berlin founded Logistics Plus in 1996 and built it into a global third-party logistics firm operating across 50+ countries with more than 1,300 team members.
Ostapyak, who joined as Director of International Operations and went on to lead the company's response in Ukraine through the war, has been Berlin's closest operating partner for over a decade. The transition is the formalisation of a working relationship that has been driving the company at the operating level for years.
The release was carried by the U.S.-Ukraine Business Council in recognition of Yuriy's leadership through the Ukraine relief and rebuilding work, where Logistics Plus has been one of the most consistent partners on the ground.
